Refund & Return Policy
Our Promise
If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or has a verified quality concern, our support team will work with you to provide an appropriate resolution. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery, and we will arrange a replacement, refund, or support resolution where applicable.
Eligible Resolution Scenarios
Damaged product: If your order arrives physically damaged, cracked, or leaking, you are eligible for review and an appropriate replacement or resolution.
Wrong product received: If we sent you the wrong oil, size, or quantity, we will arrange an appropriate replacement at the earliest possible opportunity at no additional cost.
Quality issue: If you believe there is a genuine quality concern with the product, contact our support team with details and relevant photographs where applicable.
Order not delivered: If your order shows as delivered but was not received, contact us within 48 hours. We will coordinate with our logistics partner and assist with an appropriate resolution.
Situations Not Eligible for Replacement or Resolution
Opened products without a verified quality concern are not eligible for replacement or resolution.
Natural oil characteristics: Cold-pressed oils naturally have cloudiness, slight sediment, and colour variation between batches. These are explained on every product page and are not eligible for replacement or resolution.
Substantially used products: Products that have been substantially used or consumed are not eligible for replacement or resolution.
Incorrect address provided: Orders that could not be delivered due to an incorrect address provided at checkout are not immediately eligible for refund review until the order is received back at our facility.
How to Report an Issue
Step 01 Email support@sattvaorigin.com with your order number and a brief description of the issue.
Step 02 Attach photographs of the product and packaging where relevant — especially for damaged or incorrect orders.
Step 03 We will respond within 2 business days with a resolution — appropriate support, replacement, refund, or next steps where applicable.
Please retain the product and packaging until the review process is completed.
Replacements
Approved replacements are typically dispatched within 2 business days.
In most cases, damaged or incorrect products do not need to be physically returned.
Refunds
Refund Processing: Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout.

Order Cancellation
Before dispatch: You can cancel your order before it has been dispatched. A refund will be processed if the order has not yet been dispatched.
After dispatch: Orders cannot be cancelled once dispatched. Our replacement and resolution policy applies once the order has been dispatched.

Seasonal and Limited Stock Products
Some seasonal products may occasionally become unavailable due to limited inventory. If this occurs after your order is confirmed, we will notify you and assist with an appropriate refund or resolution where applicable.
Bundle Orders
If one product in a bundle order has a quality issue, we will replace that specific product rather than the entire bundle unless the entire order was affected.
Refunds on bundle orders are calculated at the bundle price paid, not the individual product price.
