Free Shipping

Orders above ₹1500 ship free across India. Applied automatically at checkout.

Orders below ₹1500 attract a flat shipping fee displayed at checkout before payment.

Delivery Timelines

Most orders are delivered within 3 to 5 business days across India.

Timelines may vary depending on location, logistics operations, and regional service availability.

Business days are Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays.

Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1 business day of confirmation.

Once dispatched, you will receive a tracking link via email and SMS.

Tracking Your Order

A tracking link is sent to your registered email and phone number once your order has been dispatched.

You can also track your order by logging into your account on sattvaorigin.com or by contacting us with your order number.

If your tracking link is not working or does not show updates for an extended period after dispatch, contact us at support@sattvaorigin.com.

Packaging

Every Sattva Origin order is carefully packed to help minimise leakage or damage during transit.

Bottles are individually wrapped and placed in a sturdy outer box. Bundle orders are packed using additional protective outer packaging where required.

If your order arrives with visible damage to the outer packaging, please photograph it before opening and contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery.

Delivery Attempts

Our logistics partner may attempt delivery more than once, depending on courier policies and delivery location.

If you are unavailable at the time of delivery,  the courier partner may attempt re-delivery based on their operational timelines.

If repeated delivery attempts are unsuccessful, the order may be held temporarily by the courier partner before being returned to us.

If your order is returned due to failed delivery, we will contact you to arrange redelivery. Additional shipping charges may apply for re-delivery.

Incorrect Address

Please ensure your delivery address and phone number are accurate at checkout.

Delivery delays or non-delivery may occur if incorrect or incomplete address details are provided at checkout.

If you notice an address error after placing an order, please contact our support team as soon as possible.

Cash on Delivery

Cash on delivery is available on select orders and locations.

COD availability is displayed at checkout. Where COD is not available, prepaid payment options apply.

Seasonal and Limited Stock Products

Kardai Safflower Oil is a seasonal product with limited annual stock. Orders are fulfilled based on available seasonal inventory.

If a product becomes unavailable after your order is placed due to stock depletion, we will notify you immediately and offer an appropriate refund, replacement, or alternative where applicable.

Damaged in Transit

If your order arrives damaged, please follow the steps below:

Please photograph the outer packaging and the damaged product before use.

Email the photographs along with your order number to support@sattvaorigin.com within 48 hours of delivery.

We will arrange an appropriate replacement, refund, or resolution after reviewing the claim.

Please retain the damaged product and packaging until the review process is completed.
